With the aim to enhance publication activity of the young researchers in the EU scientific journals the scientific Conference «Theoretical and practical aspects of the use of biological markers in fundamental and applied medicine and biology» and competition of the scientific works of young scientists (aged up to 37 years) were held on the basis of the Training programme.

Experts of the competition were:

  • Prof. Daniel Petroviс, University of Ljubljana , Ljubljana Institute of Histology and Embryology, Cardiology, Genetic Epidemiology, Ophthalmology
  • Prof. Shahidul Islam, Karolinska Institutet, Department of Clinical Sciences and Education, Stockholm, Sweden, President, Islet Society
