EDI Specifications

The electronic data interchange (EDI) specifications for Burns Harbor, Cleveland, Indiana Harbor and Kote are compliant with ANSI X12 Version 4010. Our preferred method of communication is SFTP. If SFTP is not available for your company, we can communicate via a third party value-added network (VAN). Our EDI Service Provider is supplied by the IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network Hub – Cloud Services. All EDI translation and communication utilizes the IBM network.
